When we are called out to inspect a foundation, we need to provide a professional opinion based on the needs of that property. If it needs repairs, be fair on the pricing and follow thru with a quality project. If it doesn't require a repair at this time, it's ok to say so. We strive to to create long lasting realtionships and understand that communication is key.
